• We require a 50% deposit/down payment for all of our services. This deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours.

• Final payment of remaining balance is due upon completion of your project before the site is made live, or files are release to you.

• Payments made be made with credit card via PayPal, cash, money-order, and business check (with 10 day hold before we can proceed on working on the project).

• Purchase for support hours/packages is non-refundable.

This is the moment you contact and let us know about you and your business, your business needs and goals, and inquire about how our services. Once you provide the details about the type of project your organization needs, we will provide a detailed quote for our services. If you are on a strict timeline schedule, please let us know and we will work hard to accomodate our time accordingly. Once you let us know that you would like us to work on your project, will work out all the aspects your project will need to included to be successful and then you will then be presented with a contract stating the project services, timeline, and fees that you will need to agree to, sign, and return with the inital deposit before work on your project can commence. We cannot make any exceptions. Any changes made to the original project contract are considered enhancments and may encur additional fees, so please be sure you have read it through completely and that we haven't left anything out and that you don't have any unanswered questions.

The next step is to collect as much data from you as possible that you would like to include in your project, this includes updated and proofed text, photos, media, business rules, and anything else you want included in your project. Let us know if you have any design or color preferences and we will help to create a project that reflect the personality of your organization this is both professional and creative.

If your project requires a design proof or sample, we will get to work in creating one for you. Depending upon the amount of projects we are already engaged in, we can have a mock-up ready within as little as 24 hours, but may take up to 3 to 10 business days to complete depending upon the complexity and detail required.

This is where you get to sit back and relax while get to work on your project. Please be sure that you have provided reliable contact information so that if any questions arise or if there are any issues, we can contact you immediately. We do expect a timely response so that the project timeline does not get extended. You are also welcome to contact us at any time for updates or to ask any questions. We do expect to keep in constant communication with you so that you are comfortable with the progress of your project.

Once the project is complete with the information you have provided, I will present it to you for pre-approval. You will be able to review the site for any changes you may need to make until you are completely satisfied with the final outcome.

Once you accept the changes and the project is complete, you will need make any final payments due on your account before the project will be released. We will provide the project in any media format that you will need.

For 60 days, you will receive free support for your project to fix an errors or to make minor changes in case something was overlooked on our part and was not catched in the finalization phase. We also provide training if necessary until you feel comfortable using your new site or application. Additional training and support after this time can be purchased in hourly increments or as a package. Please contact us for details.
